LumaForm
LumaForm sells print-ready lampshade STL files for vase-mode 3D printing. Pick a finished design from the collection below and download it as it is, or open any of them in the browser-based designer and change the height, the silhouette, the ribbing or the twist first. Every shade fits an E27 or E14 fitting, prints as a single continuous wall with no supports, and needs no infill. If you have been looking for a printable lamp shade you can actually adapt to your own fitting and your own room, this is it. Launch offer: €8.99 (regular €14.99), woven lattice designs €12.99.

Priced separately, because it is a different object to print. Each one-millimetre band is its own closed ring and the bands touch only where the waves cross, so light comes through the weave rather than only around it. No slicer setting produces this shape.
The original basket. A domed silhouette in open lattice — light comes through the weave, not just around it. 170 mm tall, 135 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
The lattice drawn tall and almost straight. Floor lamps and tall pendants, where height does the work. 240 mm tall, 124 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
A flared triangular bell with softened corners, turned slightly as it rises. Wide at the top, narrow at the foot — the weave reads like folded fabric. 228 mm tall, 172 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
A pinched waist in open lattice. The narrowest point still clears the bulb — the geometry guarantees it. 200 mm tall, 124 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
A wide flared bell in open lattice. Made for hanging low over a table, where you look up into the weave. 160 mm tall, 176 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
The whole basket given a third of a turn, so the weave climbs instead of standing still. 210 mm tall, 136 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
Horizontal rings running underneath the weave — two rhythms crossing, one coarse, one fine. 200 mm tall, 140 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
Twenty vertical flutes carrying the basket, so the weave rises and falls all the way around. 195 mm tall, 140 mm across, PETG. €12.99.
Finished, print-tested lampshade designs. Buy the STL as it is, or open any of them in the designer and change the size, the silhouette or the pattern first.
Pleated like folded paper, pinched at the waist — the one that reads as a lamp before it reads as a print. 200 mm tall, 110 mm across, PLA. €8.99.
Fine vertical ribs crossed by horizontal rings. Dense, warm, and it scatters light in every direction. 200 mm tall, 156 mm across, PETG. €8.99.
Six broad facets with softened edges, given a slow quarter turn. Architectural, and it throws long clean shadows. 240 mm tall, 160 mm across, PETG. €8.99.
Soft, slightly irregular, deliberately imperfect — the shape you would get if paper could be printed. 190 mm tall, 154 mm across, PLA. €8.99.
Forty ribs given a quarter turn. Standing still it looks like it is moving. 180 mm tall, 150 mm across, PETG. €8.99.
Tall and segmented by deep rings. Reads as natural material rather than as plastic. 240 mm tall, 120 mm across, PLA. €8.99.
One continuous coil from base to rim — the honest expression of how vase mode actually prints. 190 mm tall, 125 mm across, PLA. €8.99.
Wide, low and finely fluted. Made for a pendant over a table where the shade sits in your eyeline. 130 mm tall, 190 mm across, PETG. €8.99.
Short, broad-shouldered, twelve strong ribs. A wall sconce that does not apologise for itself. 145 mm tall, 160 mm across, PETG. €8.99.
LumaForm is a browser-based parametric designer for custom 3D-printable lampshades. You shape a lampshade (or generate one with AI), preview it in 3D, and download print-ready STL files.
You receive a downloadable ZIP with the print-ready STL file(s) for your custom lampshade design, plus a configuration file. The launch price is €8.99 (regular price €14.99).
Yes. LumaForm delivers digital STL files that you print yourself on any FDM 3D printer, or through a printing service. It does not ship physical lamps.
The lampshades are designed for vase mode (spiralize) printing — a single continuous wall that prints fast, uses little material, and — depending on your filament color and wall thickness — creates a warm, translucent glow. Common filaments like PLA and PETG work well.
Yes. You can adjust height, top and bottom radius, bulge, twist and wall settings in real time, or use AI to generate mid-century-inspired forms before downloading.
